What are the benefits of using a natural body exfoliant?

FAQs

What are the benefits of using a natural body exfoliant?

Natural body exfoliants are a great way to keep your skin feeling healthy and soft. Some body scrubs contain microplastics or other environmentally unfriendly ingredients, so a natural body exfoliant is a better way to go.

What is the difference between a face and body exfoliant?

The skin of your face is much thinner than your body skin, so the exfoliants used on your face should be finer and gentler than what you use to exfoliate your body. We do not recommend using sea salt, sugar, or baking soda exfoliants on your face, for example, even though they can be used on your body.

How often can I use a natural body exfoliant?

You can exfoliate your body gently with a textured body soap several times per week, or even daily as long as your skin responds well to the product. If you notice an increase in breakouts or sensitivity, that's a sign that you should exfoliate your skin less often.
