"I remember trying a sample of this some time ago and not having any issues, but yesterday I tried another sample I received in a more recent order and after a few seconds my skin got alarming red and started to burn very badly. I washed the product off, but the redness and burning has now lasted more than 24 hours on my face and chest where I applied the serum. My skin has been hot to the touch and looks like it's been sunburnt. Nothing helps calm down the redness. I'm a bit puzzled as I didn't have this reaction to the first sample I tried. The purely calm face cream and black clay facial soap work really well for my skin otherwise."
